Redesigned product does not match old description

I have purchased the same hat twice (Large - Light Khaki). The first one was shipped by BK Caps in May 2015, and the item I received was exactly what I ordered. I reordered again this month (Sept 2016), and the product was shipped by Gravity Trading. The latest version of this hat doesn't really match the pictured item or the description. The invoice from Gravity Trading indicates that I received a "Light Khaki" hat, but it more closely resembles the darker "Khaki" model. The product description lists "23 Matching Metal Eyelets." The new hat does have four tiny holes that are sewn nearly closed with whip-stitching, but the metal eyelets are absent. (The older product had four metal eyelets.) Finally, the brim is listed as measuring 5.0 CM, but the actual size is now closer to 6.0 CM. In other words, the brim is now larger in proportion to the crown. The quality of this hat is OK, but I prefer the older design.

I ordered an extra large and it is way too small. I even washed it and stretched over a pot to dry and it is still too tight.
